Dr. Napoli joined the Lively & Napoli Orthodontics team in May of 2022. Dr. Napoli has been practicing orthodontics in Texas since 2017 and has a wealth of knowledge to give your family the best care.
He’s proudly served well over 2,000 patients and looks forward to the opportunity to serve you!

Professional Background
Following graduation from J.U., Dr. Napoli worked with MB2, overseeing multiple orthodontic practices in Texas. Though he loved his time in Texas, he always knew he would be coming home to South Florida.
One of Dr. Napoli’s mentors at J.U. was our own retired Dr. Bill Swigler, a well-respected orthodontist who practiced in Stuart for over 30 years. So, he was destined to come to Stuart and practice orthodontics.
Education & Experience
Dr. Napoli was born and raised in South Florida. He went to high school in Ft. Lauderdale before attending the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree, graduating in the top one percent of his graduating class.
After graduation, Dr. Napoli earned his dental degree from NOVA, once again graduating at the top of his class. Knowing that he wanted to practice orthodontics, he then attended a three-year graduate program at the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, where he completed his specialty training. During his last year of training, Dr. Napoli was selected as chief resident.

Outside of the Office
Dr. Napoli and his wife, Dr. Jenny Perna, live in Palm City with their newborn baby girl, Valentina and their dog, Gio. Jenny is a cosmetic dentist in the area with a practice of her own. They are active members of the community and love doing life in Florida with family and friends.
